Deep ruby red.

Bouquet

The nose begins with hints of potpourri, wisteria and fruit in alcohol, first of all, blackberry and cherry. A graceful touch comes from the clear expression of cedar wood and sweet tobacco.

Flavour

Warm and enveloping with a very fine tannic texture that becomes increasingly expressive, giving a full-bodied structure and great persistence.

Harvest Between the 20th of September and the 11th of October.
Vinification Cold fermentation at 12°C for 3 days. Fermentation was regular, with a peak temperature of 30°C and lasted 10 days.
Ageing 1 year in 500-litre French oak Tonneaux, followed by one year and a half in large traditional Slavonian oak barrels. The wine was aged for two years and a half before being marketed.
