Les Cretes Torrette 2022

Petit Rouge is the most widespread grape variety in the Aosta Valley. This grape variety has been cultivated since time immemorial in this area. The grape 'Orious' is also included in this family, which is the precursor of every other native grape variety from the Aosta Valley.

Colour

Ruby red.

Bouquet

Fresh, fine, delicate, with a floral nose of violet and rose hips. Fruity notes of small red berries follow.

Flavour

In the mouth, delicate and elegant, with a subtle acidulous vein.

Pairing

It pairs well with appetizers, meats, first courses (pasta, soups with cereals and vegetables), white and red meats. It also pairs with fresh and mid-aged cheeses.
