Vinification |
The must is obtained by a gentle pressing of the grapes and after a shor conctact with the skins at a low temperatures (cold maceration) it becomes clear. The cleat must ferments in dedicated stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. |

In stainless stell tanks. |
Pairing |
It goes well with all fish based courses, Abruzzo brodetto, perfet with white meat, mild and half seasoned cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif. |
