This vintage appeared for the first time in 2009 when the producers wanted to take the subtle flavour and intense aromas that put the winery's production to a higher level. To turn the dream into reality, the winery's three main terroirs were skilfully blended to capture the flavour of Château Minuty in Rose et Or.

Bouquet

Aromas of ripe freshly picked sun-kissed fruit range from peach and vine pear to melon.

Flavour

On the palate, it is full and crisp, powerful yet pure, like aromatised spring water.

Pairing

Ideal for premium seafood such as oysters, Madagascar prawns or crustaceans and exotic or Asian dishes such as Creole 'rougail' stew.

Soil composition	The winery’s three main terroirs are made of schist, clay and sand.
Vinification	The grapes are harvested by hand when perfectly ripe and come from three terroirs: Gassin, the winery's site with its fantastic crystalline schist; Vidauban, the long-standing site with its deep red clay; and Ramatuelle, on the sand overlooking the sea for a light touch. Grenache accounts for 80% of the blend to intensify the wine's body and is flanked by Cinsault for freshness and Rolle for its salty, white fruit notes.
