"708 km Cembrani Bianco" and "708 km Cembrani Rosso" represent the ambassadors of the excellences of the Valle di Cembra and its unique pedoclimatic peculiarities: the continental climate, the south-east exposure, the porphyritic and limestone geological component in the part initial of the valley, the strong temperature range in the pre-harvest period, are the unique characteristics of the Valle di Cembra which yield exceptional grapes. These productions are dedicated to the territory of the Cembra Valley and its estimated 708 km of dry stone walls.

Our mission focuses on promoting the territorial uniqueness of the Valle di Cembra and its excellent productions, which contain ancient values of passion, mutuality and dedication in three words: Territory - People - Product.
To this end, the Cembrani Consortium D.O.C. has decided to enclose in a line of blended products a selection of the productions of the associated companies, dedicating them to the linear extension of the dry-stone walls of the Valle di Cembra: 708 km Bianco, 708 km Rosso and 708 km Grappa.
