A Brunello that comes from the estate vineyards that zoning studies, begun in 1980, identified as the most suitable for Sangiovese production.

Colour

Deep ruby red.

Bouquet

On the nose, fruity aromas of blackberry and plum jam are accompanied by hints of coffee, pipe tobacco and a spicy note on the finish.

Flavour

In the mouth, the fullness of structure is well balanced by soft, ripe tannins. It is a wine with a full and persistent finish.

Pairing

A wine for long ageing that pairs excellently with rich and structured dishes, as well as with aged cheeses and cured meats. Its complexity makes it suitable as a wine to be enjoyed by itself.
