A wine obtained from a late harvest where the grapes are left to dry on the vine, harvested when the right concentration of aroma and taste has been achieved to obtain a wine that best reflects the characteristics of the variety.

Colour

Intense golden yellow with amber highlights.

Bouquet

Dense and rich bouquet, ranging from wilted flowers to dried fruit such as dates and figs to hints of honey.

Flavour

Powerful structure, high alcohol content. The palate is sweet and velvety while maintaining a freshness in the background that makes the wine lively and very persistent.

Sweets, dry biscuits and very mature cheeses such as Fossa cheese.

Vinification	The wine, as per production regulations, is obtained 100% from grapes dried naturally on the vine or kept resting in a thermo-hygro-conditioned fruttaio with careful temperature control in order to obtain very slow dehydration of the berries to maintain a pleasant and fresh fruitiness.
Ageing	The storage and ageing of the resulting wine continues under the strict and careful control of the oenologists for several months before bottling.
