Description
Launched in 2008, the 'Al Passo del Leone Bianco' was the winery's first Demeter-certified wine, and more than any other it reflects the company's principles based on a biodynamic vision. Today, the winery aims to motivate partners to move towards biodynamic and organic farming. Many of them already cultivate their vineyards using the biodynamic method: the grapes, harvested at full ripeness from all parts of South Tyrol, come together in a very harmonious composition.
