Vite Colte is the art of cultivating the vine. A knowledge born of the dialogue between different worlds and generations: on the one hand peasant knowledge, experience, tradition, typically Piedmont passion for accurate work; On the other hand, research and scientific knowledge. The Vite Colte project involves one hundred and eighty winemakers who cultivate three hundred hectares, some of them being converted into organic, others integrated.
Each vineyard owner dedicates only a part of his property to the Vite Colte project, in order to ensure the most assiduous care, in a constant dialogue with agronomic technical assistance. He is a true vintner who puts all his skill, passion, and face. Behind every Vite Colte wine there are faces, stories, families. It is vintage on the established date and it is vinified according to rigorous protocols, dedicating to wine all the attention that the pursuit of excellence requires. There is everything you need to get great wines: a vast estate of vineyards, which means choosing the best; Motivated and experienced winemakers; Modern oenological systems, the technology necessary to preserve and enhance the quality of grapes; A technical team of primordine coordinated by Daniele Eberle in vineyard and by Bruno Cordero in the cellar.
