A bright picture frame, among the green hills of the Treviso, welcomes Villa Sandi, a splendid Palladian-style building dating back to 1622 and now the headquarters of the company.
The Villa is inserted from its origins in a landscape with fertile fields and agricultural structures, which then as now pays tribute to the history of the place. A vibrant stage where nature and architecture are living in a dialectical relationship and functional; place of delights and the business center, the complex of Villa Sandi is offered as a harmonious synthesis of the relationship between man and environment.
The entrance is indicated by an elegant avenue, accompanied by statues of the famous Venetian sculptor Orazio Marinali, whose works also decorate the tympanum and the rear garden; an imposing portico, supported by four Ionic columns, adorns the main body of 'building, the sides of which extend two porticoed and a small church.
The villa, the cultural heritage of the Treviso, is a successful example of the marriage between art and agriculture that characterized the Venetian landscape of past centuries. Villa Sandi is at the foot of the hills of Treviso, between zones DOCG Prosecco di Valdobbiadene and those D.O.C. wine of Montello and Piave.
The family Moretti Polegato, several generations devoted to the culture of wine and the owner of the Villa, has relaunched this tradition of Villa Sandi doing the representative office of the winery of the same name, and promoting the culture of modern bases of the vineyard, has always been present in the area.
