Quartomoro di Sardegna born as an educational cellar of Piero Cella, experimental substrate and research of the oenologist; it is a factory of ideas, experiences on viticulture and Sardinian enology. The interweaving of professional and social relationships produces a series of products deriving from the grapes, which aim to be the cornerstones of Sardinian production.
The emotional bond, the sharing of experiences and emotions linked to wine tourism, the long walks in the vineyards, the healthy tasting of wines and sparkling wines, are all experiences that lead us to realize a little dream ... Quartomoro di Sardegna wants to be an intertwining of lives, experiences and cultures, as well as the place where it arises: Arborea, living testimony of the synergy between sardity and continentality, and Sardinia, land with one of the most interesting biodiversity in Europe . Our hope is to produce wines-expression of our Sardinian land. With this intent, we commit ourselves every day, trying to work better, with minimum intervention in the vineyard and in the cellar, respecting natural processes.
