These are the F.lli Facchetti brothers who have carried forward the family project, rather than the entrepreneurial one, of Pietro Facchetti, born in 1915, founder of the Azienda Agricola Facchetti of the same name, one of the many small companies in the area with roots even deeper than the birth of the first DOC in the 1960s. Seven hectares directly cultivated in the municipality of Erbusco, in the heart of Franciacorta, where the Po Valley gives way to the hills that announce, further north, the pre-alpine environment, and where land and climate help the birth of a product of excellence. The history of the Facchetti family is long and distant, starting with the 1960 grape harvest and eventually involving Pietro's life, that of his children and now that of his children's children - Francesca, Eleonora and Angelica. Three women who, with the same tenacity and the same will as their fathers, have learned the strict rules of their wine, the work of the vineyard, the harvest, the vinification and the waiting times. The company, managing the entire production process, produces all types of Franciacorta and insists on producing the white and red Curtefranca.
