A family property acquired in 2012, Domaine de Marzilly is located in the immediate vicinity of Hermonville, in the Massif de Saint-Thierry, the northernmost region of Champagne. It is in this place, which is favourable to the cultivation of vines, that Ullens champagne finds its origin.
For our plot-based vintages, we use an old 4000 kg Coquard champagne press, entirely restored in 2018, in the respect of tradition.
