We are located on the island of Giglio, in the Tuscan Archipelago. Wine has always been made on this island.
Simone and Dales are the owners of the land. They manage separately the terraced plots supported by dry stone walls. Ansonica is a grape variety that gives large bunches of grapes, with a little 'sparse grapes, which has adapted to live in these climates poor in water.
Manfred, the third, is in charge of winemaking. Loose soils of granite origin, "pure" Mediterranean scrub, an island made of wind. Only love and passion for a territorial personality with few analogues in the "mainland".
Humble and smiling winemakers for a wine that combines everything in a severe, unique style.
