Maison Thiriet was founded in 2016 and is located opposite the Château de Comblanchien, in the Côte d'Or, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits.
Everything is done in an artisanal way, pumping over with a bucket, crushing with the foot, ratchet press. No inputs, indigenous yeasts. The bottles are labelled and waxed by hand.
