Bodegas Tradicion

Bodegas Tradición is the only producer in Jerez de La Frontera that exclusively bottles very long aged Sherry. All wines do not contain caramel or cooked must. They are not cold-filtered and no sulphites are added either during maturation or at bottling. In short, they are the real Sherry. This is why we recommend serving them in large glasses, preferably Burgundy glasses. Although only founded in 1998, the company is the continuation of one of the oldest wineries in Jerez.
