The company is located in the village of Courgis, just south of Chablis, northwest of Burgundy, and is run by Olivier and Alice De Moor.
Paladins of a natural and sustainable agriculture that fully respects nature, in 2005 De Moor converted organic vineyards to organic farming, obtaining Ecocert certification.
The hectares extend among Chablis, Saint-Bris, Bougogne Aligoté and Chitry appellations and are chopped walnuts, sauvignon blanc and aligoté.
From about 7 hectares of total ownership, Domaine processes around 30,000 bottles every year.
