Description

This cuvée is a blend of three plots located in the lieu-dit 'Les Narvaux'. One of them, abandoned due to phylloxera, was entirely cleared and replanted by Vincent's father in the 1970s. Les Narvaux vineyards are always vinified separately from other Meursault village cuvées as the location is excellent.

The palate has subtle white flowers, fresh butter and dried fruit notes, with a citrus finish and an excellent structure.

Soil composition Rocks and clayey-limestone.
Wine making The grapes are crushed, and then racked into temperature-controlled tanks for 24 hours. No artificial yeasts were added, only indigenous yeasts to maintain the typicality of the terroir and vintage. Fermentation is carried out in barrels at natural cellar temperature.
