Every winter aspires to individualism in perct harmony with Mother Nature's gift to gim, that is to say the lands and vines he tends so longevy. For generations the Adamy family has literally cultivated its passion for the fruits it harvests annually, for the lands it tendes with loving care and for the good things in life, as such, are precious.

The company's wines embody his passion for all things good, which are unquestionably cherished elements on this family estate. THe family, although an old one with traditional values, is also visionary.

This is why in 2004 Andrea decided to star making their own wine, in addition to being wine grape suppliers, with the same aim as before: that of producing superior wines.

True, genuine wines, the perfect commuion of the winemaker's skill, the hidden treasure yielded by the land and the immense wealth of kownledge of the local grapevines converge into a harmonious whole that is a faithful representation of the expressive potential of the Soave and Valpolicella wine productio areas. Harvest Selection of Garganega grapes, all gently dried .
Wine making Fermentation: after a drying period of at least four months on special trellis, losing 50% of the origin weight, the grapes are softly pressed. Part of the must is fermented in barrels, while the rest in steel tanks. This slow fermentation lasts until springtime, leaving a pleasant residual sugar.
Aging Then it remains in contact with the fine lees for further 7-8 months, getting several battonage. It follows 4 months of ageing in steel tanks and some months in the bottle before release.
