Description

What kind of spirit is this?

Cubical London Dry Premium Gin is a refined spirit crafted by Williams & Humbert. Bottled at 40% ABV, it offers a dry, smooth, and balanced profile. The palate is defined by pronounced notes of juniper and almond, complemented by a crisp citrus core. Distinctive aromas of Buddha’s hand, bergamot, and sweet orange lead to a clean, refreshing finish. Light and elegant, it is ideal for sipping neat or as the base for a classic Gin & Tonic.

Where it comes from

This spirit originates from Andalusia, specifically the Jerez de la Frontera region. Crafted by Williams & Humbert, it is distilled in a setting that reflects decades of expertise in spirit production. The area benefits from a favourable microclimate, influenced by the nearby Guadalquivir and Guadalete rivers. These conditions enhance the fresh expression of the botanicals, firmly anchoring the gin in its southern Spanish heritage.

How it is produced

The base spirit is crafted from high-quality British wheat and spring water. The process involves artisanal triple distillation in century-old copper stills. A unique vacuum bain-marie technique is used to gently extract and preserve delicate aromatic compounds. During this phase, a precise blend of natural botanicals—including juniper berries, coriander seeds, liquorice root, and rare citrus peels—is infused to create its distinctive dry flavour profile.

History and Heritage

Crafted by the historic Bodegas Williams & Humbert in Andalusia, this award-winning London Dry Gin embodies true distilling mastery. Produced on an expansive estate in Jerez de la Frontera, the spirit undergoes artisanal triple distillation in century-old copper stills. The use of a traditional vacuum bain-marie method ensures that its delicate botanical flavours are beautifully preserved. Presented in a distinctive square bottle adorned with a carved Buddha’s hand, this elegant spirit offers a remarkably refined drinking experience.
