Still red wine from Morellino di Scansano DOCG in Tuscany, 14% ABV, produced by Villa Poggio Salvi. 100% Sangiovese, a wine that embodies the soul of the Tuscan Maremma. Vintage 2022. Villa Poggio Salvi, with a history dating back to 1979, produces wines with passion and expertise, looking to the future with innovation and respect for tradition. Harvested by hand in early October, using crates. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 28-30°C for 10-12 days. Cap pressing with an automatic piston system. Aged 3-4 months in bottle. Fruity with hints of cherries and plums. Bright ruby red color. Fresh and harmonious, with soft tannins and a fruity finish.
