Description
Still red from Piedmont, 14.5% ABV. 100% Nebbiolo, 2023 vintage. A Langhe Nebbiolo that embodies the elegance and complexity of Piedmont's flagship grape. The soils are calcareous-marly, with a good mix of clay and sand. Harvest takes place in early-mid October. After picking, fermentation begins in stainless steel. A beautiful garnet red. The nose opens with ethereal aromas, accompanied by notes of violet and morello cherry. On the palate, the wine is complex, accompanied by a well-balanced acidity and savory flavors that provide a pleasingly persistent finish.
