Description
Valentine Distilling Liberator Gin is a tribute to the Consolidated B-24 Liberator, the US Air Force's flagship strategic bomber. This aircraft was used during military operations during the Second World War and became well-known for the large number of units produced. Liberator Gin is a product desired by the renowned distiller Rifino Valentine, thanks to the foundation of a distillery in the state of Michigan in 2009. Today, precisely in the city of Detroit, this gin is made with a skilful blend of ten unique botanicals, among which juniper berries and chili pepper aromas stand out. Liberator Gin begins smoothly with a hint of candied juniper. Shortly thereafter, the full citrus flavor of orange and lemon peel unfolds. The distillation process is unique and takes place in two distinct stages. The first phase involves the expert and long maceration of the botanicals, allowing the product to ultimately acquire bold and distinctive aromas. This is followed by a second distillation using a traditional pot still. Liberator Gin, as a result, presents very balanced aromas of juniper and pine. Notes of cardamom and coriander are also present. The finish is provided by a pleasant touch of vanilla.

I am here to prove that American ingenuity and quality American manufacturing is still alive. Read more
