Description
A still white wine from Emilia-Romagna, produced by Umberto Cesari, a historic name in Italian viticulture. Rubicone IGT, 13% ABV, a blend of Chardonnay and Trebbiano, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion and dedication of a family that has been producing quality wines since 1964. Soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. Aged for 3 months in stainless steel tanks. Intense and persistent with fruity notes of pear and apple and a delicate banana finish. The color is a pale straw yellow. On the palate, it is elegant, appropriately savory, harmonious, with a full and decisive flavor.
