Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 13% ABV, produced by Cantina Tramin. 100% Pinot Bianco, 2024 vintage. A white that expresses the freshness and elegance of Pinot Bianco, with a perfect balance between body and acidity. Cantina Tramin, founded in 1898, is a leading producer of Gewürztraminer and Pinot Bianco. Limestone soil with a mix of clay and gravel. After harvesting, the grapes are transferred to small tanks in the cellar. Immediate gentle pressing is carried out, followed by fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (19°C) without malolactic fermentation. Aged in small steel tanks. Color ranges from greenish yellow to pale yellow. Flavors of hazelnut and green foliage. This wine offers a great balance between body and acidity.
