Description
A still Apulian rosé, 12.5% ABV, produced by Tormaresca, the Antinori family winery. Vintage 2024. A rosé born from a passion for native Apulian grape varieties, particularly Primitivo, Negroamaro, and Fiano. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, and the must ferments at a controlled temperature to preserve the primary aromas. Aged briefly in stainless steel and 4 months in bottle. The nose presents notes of yellow peach and apple, harmoniously blended with citrus notes of jasmine and grapefruit. Pale coral color. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with a soft entry that invites you to savor every sip.
