Description
Still white wine from Alto Adige, 14% ABV, 100% Sauvignon. Produced by Tiefenbrunner, a historic family-run winery since 1848. A Sauvignon that expresses the elegance and minerality of the Alto Adige terroir. Distinct aromas of flint, elderflower, gooseberry, green pepper, sage, and mint. Bright yellow with green highlights. Pleasantly salty and mineral on the palate, fresh on the palate, and with a finely balanced acidity that delivers a lively finish.
