Description
A still white wine from Paestum IGT, Campania, 13% ABV, 100% Fiano, produced by Tempa di Zoe. A Fiano that captures the essence of Cilento, with a name that evokes life and the rolling hills overlooking the sea. Alcoholic fermentation in 500-liter barrels after gentle pressing. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Bottle aging: approximately 12 months. Aromatic herbs, peach, and beeswax on the nose with nuances of chamomile. Enveloping and savory on the palate, it offers great persistence with a perfect nose-mouth correspondence, a wine that captivates with its elegance and harmony.
