Description

Still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, produced by San Michele Appiano. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion and expertise of a historic winery, founded in 1907, which has tended the vineyards of Appiano sulla Strada del Vino for over a century. The majority (75%) is fermented in steel vats. The remainder (25%) is fermented in wooden barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation. The two wines are blended in February. On the nose, fruity aromas of melon and ripe apple precede a velvety, buttery, and smooth palate.
