Extra dry Charmat method sparkling wine from Veneto, 11.5% ABV, produced by Riondo. Glera blend. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A fresh and velvety Prosecco, ideal as an aperitif or to celebrate special occasions. Cold maceration of the grapes, primary fermentation at 16°C. Aged in autoclave for 1 month. On the nose, hints of Golden Delicious apple, pear, and acacia flowers.
