Description
Still red IGT Veneto, 14% vol, produced by Giuseppe Quintarelli. Blend: 25% Cabernet Franc, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 2023 vintage. A wine born in the hills of Negrar, in Valpolicella, where winemaking traditions have been handed down for generations. The soil is basaltic limestone. Aged for 10-12 months in Slavonian oak barrels. The nose is immediately captivated by vibrant floral notes of violet and fruity notes of black cherry and red berries. Intense ruby red. On the palate, the fruity aromas and sweet spiciness return with a delicious finish; the herbaceous and earthy notes also stand out. Primofiore is soft, fresh, savory, medium-bodied, and well-balanced.
