Description
Still red from Salento IGT, 14% ABV, 100% Primitivo, produced by Terre Cevico, 2024 vintage. A Primitivo that embodies the soul of Puglia, with carefully selected grapes from low-yield vineyards in the province of Taranto. After destemming, the grapes are not pressed, allowing the skins to remain intact and optimizing color extraction. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and aging in stainless steel. Aromas of black cherries, dried plums, spices, and white pepper. Full-bodied, velvety, and elegant on the palate, with soft yet firm tannins and a long, lingering finish.
