Description

So varied and complex that it is really necessary to take the time to discover this diamond among Tuscan wines. Initially, one can smell notes of wild herbs, cedar wood, raisins, ginger and mint. Over time, notes of prunes, tobacco and chocolate develop. Very fine on the palate with silky tannins. Despite its aromatic density, it is extremely delicate and fresh. Still very young-tasting. It is absolutely necessary to decant it for a while before drinking it or to let it sleep for some time in one's cellar.
