In 2009, we decided to further expand our product range. What we felt was missing was an elegant Italian sparkling wine: a "Franciacorta".
The Franciacorta region is a wine-growing area near Lake Iseo where, since the 1960s, a sparkling wine has been produced using the classic method, which has always been used for Champagne. In the meantime, Franciacorta has become synonymous with quality sparkling wine and is a brand of absolute value. Since 1995, it has enjoyed DOCG status.
After intensive research and careful analysis, we acquired a winery in Ome that produces Franciacorta. Since 2010 we have been producing, under the brand name "Plozza Franciacorta", a lively "Brut", a refined "Satèn", an elegant "Rosé" and the latest, the precious "Millesimato Pas Dosé". Read more
