Description
Still organic white wine, 13% ABV, produced by Planeta in Sicily. 100% Grillo, 2024 vintage. A wine that captures the soul of Sicily, with a native grape variety that best expresses its character in the Menfi area. Aged on the fine lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, where a stirrer keeps the lees in suspension. Pale yellow with green highlights. Aromas of apricots, medlars, beeswax, and yellow flowers. Balanced and complex. Fresh and vibrant despite a moderate alcohol content.
