Description
Still red from Burgundy, 13% ABV, produced by Philippe Pacalet. 100% Pinot Noir, 2023 vintage. A Grand Cru that embodies the excellence of Burgundy, a wine that promises intense emotions and a unique sensory experience. Philippe Pacalet, a winemaker with deep knowledge of the terroir, carefully selects the grapes to create natural wines that best express the terroir. The soils are clay-limestone with sandy and ferrous components. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, without temperature control. Aged for 17 months in wood on its lees. On the nose, it expresses floral aromas, aromas of small red fruits, currant, raspberry, strawberry, and hints of undergrowth. The flavor is broad and complex, well-structured, with tannins that are still lively and well-presented.
