Pampero Especial Anejo Rum, produced in Venezuela. A rum born from the passion of two friends who in 1938 pioneered a revolutionary aging process. 40% ABV. Bold, characterized by notes of dried apricot, caramel, and fig jam, along with clear sensations of sweet spices such as cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla. Very intense amber color with golden and copper highlights. On the palate, it is rich and balanced, rounded and warm, with numerous hints of raisins and candied citrus peel, in a very long finish of caramel and nutmeg.

Using oak barrels, they experienced a revolutionary aging process that gave birth to an intense and velvety rum that the government, convinced that this process improved its quality, modified the legislation regulating its production. A new benchmark was established and Venezuelan rum took on its new identity. Venezuelan production of rum is a tradition that dates back to the colonial era, but the innovative aging process introduced by Pampero marked a turning point: Pampero, in fact, was the first producer in the country to officially obtain the name of aƱejo ( aged) for its own distillate, setting a new benchmark for the quality of Venezuelan rum.
Unlike many distilleries, Pampero ⢠continues to use three different distillation processes to obtain a spicy and aromatic rum among the most pure and appreciated in the world. Each process starts with a common distillation and then proceeds with a second and a third distillation that will determine the alcoholic strength and rum flavor intensity.
