Description

Extra Brut Classic Method sparkling wine from Piedmont, 12.5% ABV, produced by Ottosoldi. 100% Cortese, a grape variety that produces refined and persistent bubbles. 2018 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A tribute to tradition and friendship, born from the passion of the Moccagatta and Marsiaj families. Aged for at least 36 months on the lees, according to the Classic Method. On the nose, its fragrant notes of bread crust are striking, complemented by mineral and floral aromas. Pale yellow with light greenish reflections. It captivates with a rich, enveloping entry, an elegant perlage, and fine, persistent bubbles.
