The great minerality slowly blends with the well-known organoleptic characteristics of low-temperature maceration. Despite the 90 moons of aging (about 90 months), the fruity notes are also evident, always remaining fresh and fine. Zero added sulfites.

From this winery
I produce my wines artisanally on the limestone hills of Gussago, on the edge of Franciacorta. In the cellar, only spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. I use no clarifiers or stabilisers. Zero added sulphites.
