Description
My Chardonnay ages 50 moons on the lees. The dosage is zero, as are the added sulfites. What I am looking for in this wine is the expression of my limestone hills: minerality and structure. Even in the most difficult vintages, where the fruity notes are less evident, my chardonnay is capable of fully expressing the characteristics of this extraordinary soil.
