Description
Greco is one of the few white grape varieties to have a high propensity for ageing. This ancient and prestigious grape variety was brought to the province of Avellino by the Pelagians, from Thessaly in Greece, in the first century BC. It was defined by the Romans as 'Aminea Gemina', due to the characteristic shape of the bunch divided into twin parts.
