The Extra Brut Originel lets easily discover its subtle aromas coming from the prolonged aging. It is exceptionally elaborated from parcels coming from 3 different terroirs. This is a well structured Champagne without aggressiveness with a long finish allowing all expression of the “terroir”.

Our family owns vineyard in Champagne since 1633, and André Sacy, in 1962, make The decision to produce Champagne, creating at the beginning Champagne Sacy Père et Fils which will become Champagne Louis de Sacy in 1986.
Then, his son, Alain Sacy, invested in vines in order to be a 100 % independant and has represented his cuvées in France and also abroad starting with New York City in 2001.
Yaël and Jonathan Sacy, after different work experiences in France and abroad, joined the family estate in 2013 to continue the development, bringing a new philosophy in the vineyard and vinifications. Read more
