Description
Sangiovese Superiore Romagna DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Caviro Group. 100% Sangiovese. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Caviro, a long-standing cooperative winery in the heart of Emilia-Romagna. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully vinified to enhance the characteristics of Sangiovese. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The nose presents a highly concentrated and defined aroma with hints of spice. Ruby red in color with amaranth highlights. Ample, complex, and enveloping, with a well-balanced acidity that supports a clear fruity note.
