Description

Petit Rouge is the most widespread grape variety in the Aosta Valley. This grape variety has been cultivated since time immemorial in this area. The grape 'Orious' is also included in this family, which is the precursor of every other native grape variety from the Aosta Valley.

Origin In the historical Torrette appellation area. Vineyards are located in tows Sarre, Aymavilles, St. Pierre, Gressan and St. Christophe (Aosta).
