Description
A still white wine from Veneto, 12.5% ABV, produced by Inama. A Soave Classico DOC, Vigneti Foscarino 2023, that speaks to the passion of a family that has been making wine for over fifty years. An intense, honeyed nose of sweet wildflowers: chamomile, elderberry, and iris. Maceration on the skins for 8–12 hours. Pressing. Cold decantation of the must for 12–24 hours. Fermentation in previously used barriques. Batonnage for 6 months. Racking, 6 months of aging in stainless steel vats, light filtration, and bottling. Pleasant and broad on the palate with a sweet almond aftertaste. A wine that best expresses the Soave terroir, perfect with fish dishes and light appetizers.
