Description
Still white wine from Etna DOC, 13% ABV, produced by Graci. Blend: 80% Carricante, 20% Catarratto Bianco Comune. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine that embodies the essence of Sicily, an olfactory paradigm of Sicilian identity with its citrus and summer fruit, the sweet and sunny notes of its flowers, aromatic herbs with capers and olives, and the warm, salty sensations of the sea. Dynamic and inviting on the palate thanks to the energetic, fresh, and savory progression. A long finish rich in citrus and saline echoes.

Grapes and volcano, these are the wines of Graci, unique interpreters of an extraordinary terroir. The winery is an old and majestic palmento skilfully restored by Alberto. Here, one part is occupied by the production structure, while another part, with cross vaults, still houses the old barrels and tools for wine production. Read more
