Most of the vineyards are in the hilly area of Buttrio in Monte and enjoy perfect exposure. Of these vineyards, some 50/60 years old plots have been selected to carry out a new project that will take hold in 2015. This is the FRUS project - son and fruit in Friulian - which, at the instigation of Luca Gargano, together with his sons and Fabio Luglio, is only suited to sustainable and natural production. The varieties initially processed were tocai friulano, pinot grigio, refosco and tazzelenghe, through vinification aimed at the natural expression of the berry and the territory. Read more
