Still red Irpinia DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Feudi di San Gregorio, 2016 vintage. 100% Aglianico. A wine that celebrates the power and elegance of Aglianico Irpinia, with a history that began in 1986. Fermentation and maceration in steel tanks for approximately three weeks, aged for 18 months in medium-toasted French oak barriques and eight months in bottle. Ruby red. Complex bouquet of cherry jam, sweet spices, licorice, coffee, and cocoa. Balanced on the palate, with pronounced minerality and great persistence. An ideal wine to accompany the most important dishes of Italian cuisine.
