Description
Etna DOC still red wine, produced by Federico Graziani in Sicily, 13.5% ABV, 2023 vintage. A wine born on the slopes of Mount Etna, between 600 and 1,200 meters above sea level. Fragrant on the nose, it opens with notes of red fruit, strawberries, and raspberries, enveloped in a citrusy freshness of mandarin and a pleasantly mineral finish. It closes with notes of vanilla and lightly spiced white chocolate. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Aged for 12 months in third-use barriques. Approximately 6 months in bottle. Light, transparent ruby color. It is particularly fresh and thirst-quenching, with lively and harmonious tannins. The aftertaste is pleasantly clean and savory, captivating and carefree.

This is slow and ancient work, carried out by hand with toil, passion, and respect. Read more
