Description
After a long absence, we are back to offer a rosé: vinified in the 80s, with the 2016 harvest we propose it again in a more dynamic, fresh and in line with the style of our wines, always oriented towards the pure fruit, the floral element and freshness. To the Sangiovese, a grape with good structure and acidity, especially if harvested, as in this case, early, we have added the Syrah, a grape variety extremely useful to give the nose an exuberant boost of ripe fruit and spices, black pepper in particular. A definitely more intriguing and complex mix.
